At Ta-Da Imprints, all orders are custom printed based on the files and details provided at checkout. Because of the nature of custom production, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness and production accuracy.

All Sales Are Final

  • All orders are custom-made and non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns for issues related to file quality, sizing, or design setup
  • Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork

File Responsibility

  • We print exactly what you upload
  • We do not edit, resize, or correct files before printing
  • Issues caused by low resolution, incorrect sizing, or background setup are not eligible for refunds or reprints

Production Issues

If there is a verified issue caused by our production process, we will review and resolve it.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect item produced
  • Print defects such as major smudging, incomplete prints, or damage during production

To request a review:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue
  • Include your order details for faster processing

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders move into production quickly to maintain fast turnaround
  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins
  • Contact us immediately if you need assistance, but timing is critical

Shipping Issues

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

Refusal of Claims

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Low-quality or pixelated artwork
  • Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
  • Files with non-transparent or unwanted backgrounds
  • Minor color variations due to screen vs print differences
  • Application errors during heat pressing
