FAQ

These are the most common questions to help you avoid errors and ensure your prints come out clean, accurate, and ready to press.

What file format should I upload?

For best results, upload a PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI. This format ensures clean edges and accurate printing. High-quality PDF files can also be used if they are properly sized and exported at high resolution. Avoid low-quality JPG files, as they often include unwanted backgrounds and compression artifacts that affect print quality.

Do you edit or fix my artwork before printing?

No. We print exactly what you upload. This means we do not resize, clean backgrounds, adjust colors, or fix resolution issues. Your file must be fully prepared before submission. This approach keeps production fast and prevents delays, but it also means you are responsible for ensuring your artwork is correct.

What happens if my file is low quality or blurry?

If your file is low resolution, it will print exactly the same way—blurry, pixelated, or soft in detail. Printing does not improve image quality. To avoid this, always use 300 DPI at final size and avoid enlarging small images, as this reduces clarity.

What size should my design be submitted at?

Your design must be set to the exact size you want it printed. We do not scale designs up or down during production. If your file is too small, it will print small. If it is too large, it will print large. Always double-check dimensions before uploading to ensure correct results.

Do I need a transparent background?

Yes, in most cases. A transparent background ensures that only your design prints, without any unwanted white or colored boxes around it. If your file includes a background, it will be printed exactly as shown.

How long does production take?

Most orders enter production the same day and ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping transit time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Once your order enters production, changes are not guaranteed. Because we move quickly, it is important to review your files, sizes, and details before completing checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately, but timing is critical.

Do you offer refunds or reprints?

All orders are custom and printed based on the files provided. We do not offer refunds for issues related to file setup, sizing, or quality. However, if there is a verified production defect, we will review the issue and provide a resolution when appropriate.

Following these guidelines ensures your order moves smoothly through production and your prints come out clean, consistent, and ready to press.
